Peace of mind & reassurance

Money wellness have given me the best of advice for my situation. They have given me peace of mind and reassurance. The only thing i will say. Is something needs to flag up that the client has been dealt with, when it comes to phoning the client back. Because it does cause miscommunication. Other than that overall 5*.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and non judgemental. My consultant was very understanding, explained everything well and gave you hope on how you can get support and help your financial situation. I took up Money Wellness for my DRO from Step change's recommendation. It was the best decision I made. The initial application was simple and I was easily able to provide all the documents I needed through their link system. The follow up call was long, but I had expected that due to the detail they went into, ensuring all my debtors were within the application and that a DRO was right for me. They were friendly, polite and non judgmental. They are not their to give advice or to question you over your life decisions, just to make sure your application is correct.
