Money wellness through the step change charity
I was referred to money wellness by step change to handle my particular circumstances. From the beginning of my debt relief process, they were professional and helpful with advice, without judgement or prejudice, I can only say that they are an essential service for people who have financial difficulties and cannot find a way around them on their own. It's an invaluable free service, the representatives helped me understand the process, always friendly and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt and under financial difficulties.

I was really having trouble with trying to sort my finances out, being out of work and falling i areas. I felt in denial to seek help. But after long considering that I needs to retire I had no way out, I then spoke to and advisor who made me realise this is my way to sort my problems out, I went ahead with the process and it's made me feel so much better, right now I have peace of mind snd I now know there is help out there...

I would say one of the best,they waste no time achieving what you needed.Their communication is really helpful,I was not left for weeks wondering what next!They keep you informed and send you lots of information to explain each step.I am so pleased with the final result.Very efficient,well worth contacting them if stressed or worried about your situation.

Long process but well worth it to get debt agencies of your back, relax now
It was all a bit of a long process but once Money wellness had all my documents i got it accepted fast, and now i can relax from the constant bombardment/harrasment of threatening letters from debt agencies. However, the first hurdle of going through the "Step Change part" took ages, every time to speak to someone over the phone took far too long like nearly a full hour! waiting on a few occasions.
