I struggle incredibly with any kind of phone conversation, due to extreme anxiety, due to this I've been unable to communicate in the past, however I would really like to send my true gratitude to a member of your team Jason Winters, he went above and beyond any expectations for his role, he was, understanding, considerate, very easy to talk to and made me so at ease and relaxed,i was able to talk, explain and take his advice and help, he is an absolute credit to your company , and I would just like to thank him.
