Really knowledgable and patient.

The agent I spoke to was really knowledgable and easy to speak to. She explained why she needed all of the information she requested during the call and was patient and helpful as I tried to find the required information. She was really positive throughout and listened and answered all of my questions, sometimes twice- rewording explanations so that I could better understand the process and outcomes. She was not at all pushy or persuasive toward one recommendation or another and explained reasons thoroughly.

The lady i spoke to, Ann, was lovely....very patient and kind. She listened carefully and explained everything to me clearly. I'm quite deaf but she was very accomodating. She gave me several well explained options and sent me a load of info afterwards. Excellent service, thank you.
