From the minute I first rang I felt reassured and was treated in a polite and reassuring way all the way through the process. I do have a slightly reduced cognitive function and everything was set out in a way I could understand and remember and feel that I mattered. There isn’t one single thing I could complain about, every step was explained thoroughly to me and I was further reassured about my rights if/ when the Bailiffs called at my address, which one still did even after being advised that I had begun the process of applying DRO being applied for on my behalf. There is not one single thing I could complain about and was amazed how quick the process and throughout this whole process and I send my thanks to all concerned. Thank Heaven for Money Well was, I can open my windows throughout the summer without worrying anymore. Many Thanks **
